Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, transit times may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or extreme weather.
5. Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Curator’s Choice is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

Damaged Items: For fragile goods, please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, email info@curatorchoice.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Once your curated selection has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our website.
